Teen Pregnancy Rate
TJ: "We actually have no idea what the teen pregnancy rate is in any state because of abortions. While red states may have more live births, blue states may have more teen pregnancies. Get it?"
There is NOTHING to get here. Your multiple use of the word MAY, to seemingly make an argument in favor of your point of view, allows you to say something that can be interpreted two ways.
Here, let me see if I can do this: We actually have no idea what the teen pregnancy rate is in any state because some mothers may be pretending to give birth to their daughters' children. While red states may have more live births because of lower education levels about how to prevent pregnancy and less choice, blue states may have fewer teen pregnancies because of easier access to birth control, choice, higher education levels, and better reporting of demographic data. Got it?
I'm leaving out links, references, actual data, in order to stay true to the spirit of your approach to making an argument.
