The Election

Bill B: "How are you moonbats going to feel..."

As one moonbat to a wingnut, let me remind you that most Americans still believe that there's a branch of government called the Legislature (also known as Congress). As you know, the current President, a self-declared non-reader, probably hasn't read the Constitution. Anyway, to ramble on, incoherently, as is my want, Democrats, having won three special elections in red states. That tsunami is still headed this way. And it is possible that Palin/McCain (because Republicans elect figureheads who can be manipulated by their true master) might win, but just barely. It all depends on the number of racist voters. As you know a significant part of the electorate has already declared it will never vote for a woman--regardless of qualifications. Likewise, a part of the electorate, primarily in the losing Civil War states, will never vote for a black man. Neither of these is rocket science, Bill. It really depends on how much economic pain they are able to stand.

My current thinking is one-more Republican President, like Bush I, then Americans decide, ok, I'm ready to give up my fear addiction, enter a self-help program, and vote for another Bill Clinton--just get me out of this FISCAL CONSERVATIVE quagmire!

On the other hand, the Palin situation hasn't completely unraveled...
